急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清炎症因子水平临床研究

目的：在血清学水平上探讨c-反应蛋白（CRP）、基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）、基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）与急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）的关系，评价CRP、MMP-2、MMP-9水平作为ACS的血清学指标的意义。方法：分别利用酶联免疫吸附法及散射比浊法对30例急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）组，30例稳定型心绞痛（SAP）组，30例非冠心病者（正常对照组）外周血清CRP、MMP-2、MMP-9水平进行测定。结果：ACS组，SAP组血清CRP、MMP-2、MMP-9水平明显高于正常对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），ACS组血清CRP、MMP-2、MMP-9水平明显高于SAP组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：血清CRP、MMP-2、MMP-9水平可反映斑块稳定性，可作为检测ACS的血清学指标。

The clinical significance of serum C-respective protein and matrix metalloproteinases levels in acute coronary syndrome patients

Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum levels of C-respective protein(CRP) and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 and acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and its significance as serum target of ACS.Methods:The levels of CRP and MMP-2 and 9 in peripheral serum of 30 ACS patients,stable angina pectoris(SAP) patients and 30 without coronary heart disease patients as control were measured,respectively by enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA) and scatter rateturbidity.Results: The serum levels of CRP and MMP-2 and 9 in ACS group,SAP group were higher than that in without coronary heart disease group.The levels of CRP and MMP-2 and 9 in ACS group were higher than that in SAP group.There was a positive correlation between the levels of CRP and MMP-2 and 9.Conclusions: Elevation of serum levels of CRP and MMP-2 and 9 are related with unstable plaque.It can be used as a serum target to judge ACS.
