| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨胃管状腺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶 - 2 (MMP - 2 )和基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子 - 2 (TIMP - 2 )的表达。方法 :采用免疫组化S -P法对 4 7例管状腺癌进行MMP - 2和TIMP - 2的检测。结果 :MMP - 2和TIMP -2均在胃癌细胞浆内呈阳性表达 ,阳性表达率分别为 2 1 .3%和 78.7% ;MMP - 2和TIMP - 2表达与胃管状腺癌淋巴结转移 (P <0 .0 5 )及浆膜浸润相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :MMP - 2和TIMP - 2表达可作为判断胃癌恶性行为重要生物学标志。

| Abstract: | Aim:To explore the expression and significance of matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 2(TIMP-2) in gastric tubular adenocarcinoma. Methods: S-P immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in 47 specimens of gastric tubular adenocarcinoma. Results: Both MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were expressed in the gastric tubular adenocarcinoma cells and the positive expression rates were 21.3% and 78.7%, respectively. The expression levels of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 correlated with lymph node metastasis ( P <0.05) and serosal invasion ( P <0.05). Conclusion: MMP-2 and TIMP-2 might be important biological markers for determining the malignant behavior of gastric carcinoma. |
