精神科住院患者呼吸道感染的危险因素及预防对策

目的了解三年来本院住院精神病患者呼吸道感染的危险因素，探讨预防与控制措施。方法对2005年1月至2007年12月间本院发生呼吸道感染的住院患者进行调查分析。结果3001例住院精神病患者260例发生医院感染，医院感染率为8．866％，其中呼吸道感染138例，占53．08％，提示呼吸道感染是精神科医院感染的高发部位，1～4月份是呼吸道感染的高发季节，封闭式病房呼吸道感染的发病率高于开放式病房（P〈0．05）。结论加强医务人员的防护意识，加强对危险因素的重点监测和预防是有效减少和控制医院感染的主要措施。

Risk factors and prevention of respiratory tract infection in psychiary depatment patients

Objective To learn the risk factors of respiratory tract infection in our hospital's psychiatric patients and to discuss the prevention and control measures.Methods Patients ocurred respiratory tract infection from Januaty 2005 to December 2007 in our hospital were investigated and analyzed.Results Hospital infection ocurred in 260 cases of the 3001 hospitalized patients with hospital infection rate being 8.86%.Of the 260 cases,138 cases were of respiratory tract infection accounting for 53.08%,which suggested respiratory tract infection was the high psychiatric hospital site.January to April was the high incidence season of respiratory tract infection and the incidence of respiratory tract infection in a closed ward was higher than that of in an open ward(P＜0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the awareness of protection of medical staff and the monitoring of key risk factors as well as prevention are the main effective measures to reduce and control hospital infection.
