肾移植后股骨头缺血坏死危险因素探讨

目的探讨肾移植后发生股骨头缺血坏死的危险因素，提高移植后股骨头缺血坏死的早期诊断率。方法对24例肾移植后股骨头缺血坏死的病例进行回顾性分析。结果术后随访25～100个月，平均49.5个月。股骨头坏死组病人的术后激素用量、急性排斥反应发生率、术后1a的体重增加、血胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白的变化相对对照组差异明显。结论激素的应用是移植后股骨头坏死的重要原因，术后早期血脂和体重的变化对移植后股骨头坏死有一定的预示作用。

Set exploring risk factors of avascular necrosis of femeral head in kidney transplant recipients

[Objective] To investigate the risk factors for avascular necrosis of the femeral head after renal transplantation and improve the diagnosis of avascular bone necrosis after renal transplantation. [Methods] Clinical data of 24 patients who underwent renal transplantation were retrospectively analyzed. [Results] Corticoid dosage, acute rejection rate, first year posttransplant body weight gain, serum cholesterol and serum low density lipoprotein content in avascnlar necrosis of the femeral head group are significantly different with control group. [Conclusions] Corticold is the major predisposing factor for avascular bone necrosis after renal transplantation. Dyslipdemia and first year posttransplant body weight gain after renal transplantation can partial prognosticate avascular bone necrosis after renal transplantation.
