自发性高血压大鼠血浆及外周组织中去甲肾上腺素含量的变化及其与血压的关系

摘    要:本实验分析了不同周龄组SHR(8、12、16、20周)血浆、心脏及主动脉壁中去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量的变化及其与收缩压的关系。并于第8周龄时侧脑室注射6-羟多巴胺观察其对动物血压及组织中NE含量的影响。结果表明:①各周龄组SHR外周交感神经系统活动增强,并且在高血压的形成中起着重要作用;②外周交感神经活动增强可能是由中枢儿茶酚胺能神经系统所驱动的。

Abstract:This experiment analysed the relationship between the content of norepinepherine (NE) in plasma, heart and wall of aorta and systolic blood pressure (SBP) in different age groups of SHR. At the same time, we studied the effect of intracerebroventricular injection of 6-hydroxydopamine on the SBP and content of NE in plasma and peripheral tissues in SHR. The results indicate that the peripheral sympathe ic nervous system is overactive in SHR and plays a very important role in development of hypertension, and that the over-activity of the peripheral sympathetic nervous system seems to be motivated by the central chatecholaminergic nervous system.
