| 摘 要： | 为探求中医证候诊断标准研究的现状及存在的问题，根据流行病学／DME方法学原则，对1979～2005年间的国内有关证候诊断标准的文献进行调查和分析。首先说明了证候诊断标准研究的背景。其次从证候宏观标准的研究、证候诊断标准与微观指标的研究等几个方面论述了证候诊断标准的研究现状；最后总结了证候诊断标准现代研究的几种方法，并提出证候诊断标准现代研究存在的几个问题及解决的关键问题。

| Abstract: | To explore the present situation and problem in research of TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria. Based on methodological principle of epidemiology/DWE, the literature on TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria issued from 1979 to 2005 in China was investigated and analysed. In this paper, the brief introduction is given to the background of the study on syndrome diagnostic criteria, and a discussion is made on the present situation of the research on syndrome diagnostic standard from several aspects such as macroscopic diagnostic criteria, syndrome diagnostic criteria and microscopic indictions and so on. In the end, a summary of several methods is made and a proposal is put forward about some problems and keys to solve these problems related to the modern study of syndrome diagnostic standard. |
