| 摘 要： | 137例胃镜检查并经活检病理证实为浅表性胃炎、溃疡、浅表性胃炎伴不典型增生、浅表性胃炎伴肠腺化生、萎缩性胃炎,萎缩性胃炎伴肠腺化生和胃癌患者的血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)测定,与48例正常供血者血清LDH测定结果进行比较,均无显著性差异。其中部分病例进行LDH同工酶测定结果,胃癌等患者的LDH_5、LDH_4出现阳性结果。对124例上述患者抽取胃液中和后进行LDH测定,以浅表性胃炎胃液LDH平均值为对照,胃癌患者胃液LDH增高,具有显著性差异(P<0.01),其他疾患未见显著性差异。

| Abstract: | The determination of LDH in serum of 137 cases of superficial gastritis. ulcer, superficial gastritis with dysplasia, superficial gastritis with intesti- nal metaplasia. atrophic gastritis. atrophic gastritis with intestinal metapla- sia and stomach cancer. certified by endoscope examination and pathological biopsy, compared with 48 normal donor showed no significiant difference. but LDH isozyme determination in part of the cases showed positive result ot LDH4 and LDH5, The determination of the LDH in gastritis Juice of 124 cases in above patients compared with the mesn value of superficial gastritis showect elevation of the activity of LDH in stomach cancer with significiant difference (p<0. 01 ) |
