泰山赤灵芝对沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑及血清SOD、MDA影响的研究

摘    要:目的观察赤灵芝制剂对脑缺血再灌注后脑及血清SOD、MDA。方法取健康成年沙土鼠70只,随机分为4组。(1)假手术组:10只,只做作颈总动脉分离手术。(2)对照组:20只,手术后给予同生理盐水。(3)预防组:20只,10只预防性应用药物10天,术后用10天;另10只照此剂量预防用药3天,术后用3天,与对照组同时处死取材。(4)治疗组,20只,手术后治疗3天10只,10天10只,与对照组同时处死取材,眼球放血,取血清备用。前脑制成脑匀浆,离心后取上清液进行MDA及SOD测定。结果MDA及SOD结果显示赤灵芝制剂能显著保护SOD酶的活性,减轻脑缺血再灌注对脑组织SOD酶的破坏,降低MDA含量,统计结果为(P〈0.01),各组之间有显著性差异。结论赤灵芝制剂通过显著提高血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,降低沙鼠脑内及血清内脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the activity of SOD and MDA in the brain of cerebral ischemia gerbils.Methods: Seventy gerbils were separated into 4 groups randomly: 1).sham operation group,whose left carotids and right carotids of ten gerbils were separated;2) the control group,in which twenty gerbils were filled with 0.9% NS.3).the prevention group,in which ten of the twenty were filled with lucidum before and after the operation for 10 days,while the other ten gerbils were done as above for only 3 days.4).the therapeutic group,in which ten of twenty gerbils were filled with luncidum for treatment once a day for 3 days after operation immediately while the other ten gerbils for 10 days until they were executed at the same time as those in the other groups.After gerbils were executed,serum and the centrifugal brain homogenate were obtained for application.Results: The results showed that the Ganoderma lucidum could protect the activity of SOD,relieve the damaged superoxide dismutase,reduce the contents of MDA.Compared with each other between groups,particularly with the control group,there was significant difference(P〈0.01).Conclusion: Ganoderma lucidum can protect the brain of the cerebral ischemic/reperfusion gerbils by improving the activity of SOD in the brain and serum of cerebral ischemia gerbils,and reduce the contents of MDA.
