| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨无牙颌患者口腔固有条件对全口义齿修复效果的影响及与全口义齿满意度的关系.方法 对104例佩戴全口义齿3～10个月的患者进行满意度问卷调查,同时进行相关口腔检查,包括牙槽嵴条件、唾液量、颌弓水平位置关系.结果 影响咀嚼能力的相关因素为牙槽嵴条件;唾液量与义齿舒适性相关;颌弓水平位置关系与语言、舒适性间具有相关关系.结论 患者全口义齿咀嚼能力、语言、舒适性满意度受无牙颌患者口腔固有条件的影响.

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the correlation between patient satisfaction with complete dentures and parameters of oral condition.
