| 摘 要： | 目的:观察清空分散片对脑缺血动物模型保护作用。方法:采用小鼠断头、大鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎所致脑缺血模型,观察清空分散片对脑缺血动物模型的保护作用。结果:清空分散片能明显延长小鼠断头张口喘气时间、明显降低大鼠脑缺血模型脑含水量。结论:清空分散片对脑缺血动物模型有一定的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To observe the protection effect of Qingkong dispersible tablet to cerebral ischemia animal models.Methods:The cerebral ischemia animal models were caused by decapitation and ligation of common carotid artery.Results:Qingkong dispersible tablet can extend the panting time of decapitation mice,and degrade the water content of cerebral ischemia animal models.Conclusions:Qingkong dispersible tablet have protection effect to cerebral ischemia animal models. |
