| 摘 要： | 目的探讨直肠癌根治术保留自主神经对男性患者排尿及性功能、女性患者排尿功能的影响。方法对56例接受保留自主神经的直肠癌根治术的直肠癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后男性患者排尿及性功能、女性患者排尿功能均恢复较好；局部复发率无明显增高。结论保留自主神经的直肠癌根治术，可较好地保存排尿及性功能，肿瘤局部复发率无增加。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of radical operation with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation for rectal carcinoma on male sexual and urinary function,female urinary function.Methods Clinical data of 56 patients with rectal neoplasm treated surgically were analyzed retrospectively.Results The male sexual and urinary function,female urinary function were recovered well without increasing the local recurrence.Conclusion The radical operation with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation for rectal carcinoma can ... |
