| 摘 要： | 目的观察两种不同剂量西地那非较长时期服用治疗2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍(ED)的疗效。方法收集我院男科门诊治疗的2型糖尿病性ED患者62例,随机分为两组,给予不同剂量(50mg,25mg)的西地那非治疗,治疗前后分别以IIEF-5和硬度等级评定标准评估治疗效果。结果所有患者都完成了16d不同剂量西地那非治疗。服药前后自身对照勃起功能明显改善,但两组之间无统计学差异。结论较长时间服用不同剂量西地那非治疗2型糖尿病性ED患者疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of different low doses of Sildenafil on ED in type 2 diabetes. Methods The clinical data of 62 cases of type 2 diabetes with ED were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into two groups,one group received 50mg Sildenalil and the other received 25mg Sildenafil for 16 days. The treatment effect was assessed with IIEF-5 and the hardness rating criteria before and after treatment. Results All the patients took Sildenafil at different low doses for 16 days. Erectile function of both groups was obviously improved after treatment than that before treatment,with no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Low dose of Sildenafil may be effective to improve the erectile function of type 2 diabetes with ED. |
