| 摘 要： | 目的:观察电针头皮针配合面部埋针法治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法:采用电针头皮针配合面部埋针法治疗面部痉挛38例,并与常规针刺法治疗的32例作对照。结果:电针头皮针配合埋针组治疗面肌痉挛痊愈率28.95%,总有效率89.47%,常规针刺组痊愈率12.50%,总有效率71.88%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针头皮针配合埋针组治疗面肌痉挛具有良好的效果,而且操作简单,值得临床推广。
