| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨广西产四方麻水提物在体外的抗菌作用。方法]采用连续稀释法和琼脂稀释法对四方麻水提物进行MIC实验研究。结果]四方麻水提物在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌均有作用,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌的作用比较明显,但对白假丝酵母菌作用不明显。结论]本研究为四方麻水提物的抗菌效用提供了实验依据,同时也为从四方麻水提物中寻找药效的抗菌成分提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Objetive] To explore the antibacterial effect of aqueous extract of Veronicastrum caulopterum(Hance) Yamazaki in vitro.Methods] Serial dilution method was used to MIC experiment.Results] The aqueous extract of Veronicastrum caulopterum(Hance) Yamazaki had antibacterial effects on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli especially staphylococcus aureus but hardly have effect on candida albicans.Conclusions] This research offers a experimental bases to the antibacterial effects of aqueous extrat from V... |
