1200例小儿神经心理发育检查表临床测试结果分析

目的:探讨0~6岁小儿神经心理发育检查表(以下简称儿心量表)在评估婴幼儿智能发育中的价值。方法:采用首都儿科研究所编制的儿心量表对1200例儿童进行大运动、精细运动、适应能力、语言、社会行为等5个能区检测,并对各年龄段的5个能区原始得分及发育商(DQ)进行统计分析。结果:各能区原始得分随年龄的增长而增加;DQ值呈正态分布,DQ与孕周、语言、精细运动、出生体重、体检时身高、母亲文化程度、围产期高危因素相关,与性别、民族、胎次、体检时体重、头围、大运动、社会适应、社交等无相关性;早产儿DQ明显低于正常儿童。结论:通过儿心量表测试可以早期发现发育落后、智力低下儿童,可作为婴幼儿早期干预的依据。

Analgsis of clinical test results of neuropsychological development examination table in 1 200 children

Objective:To investigate the value of neuropsychological development examination table for children aged 0~6 years old in the assessment of infants' intellectual development.Methods:1 200 children were tested on large movements free movements,adaptation ability,language,social behavior by the neuropsychological examination table made by capital pediatrics research institute,and statistical analysis was made on the original score of above-mentioned five items as well as development quotient (DQ) in different ages.Results:The original score of five different items increased with age. DQ value,which was in normal distribution,was correlative with weeks of pregnancy,language,free movements,birth weight,body height on examination,mothers' cultural degree as well as high-risk factors in perinatal period,and not correlative with sex,ethnic group,fetal order,body weight on examination,head circumference,large movements, social adaptation and social contact. DQ in premature infants was remarkably lover than that in normal children.Conclusion:Slowly-developed and intellectually retarded children could be found in early time by neuropsychological exarmnation table which may serve as basis for early intervention in infants.
