海南桃金娘叶挥发油化学成分GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的: 分析鉴定海南桃金娘叶的挥发油化学成分。 方法: 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取海南桃金娘叶的挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分及其含量进行分析。 结果: 从海南桃金娘叶的挥发油中共鉴定出50种化合物,占挥发油总量的99.98%,且以萜类为主,其中主要成分有石竹烯(13.96%),石竹烯氧化物(13.15%),2,4,5三甲基苯甲醛(9.15%),2-十二烯醛醇(8.55%),1,1,4,8-四甲基-4,7,10-环十一三烯(5.05%),反式-1,4-二甲基-β-亚甲基-环己醇(4.22%)。 结论: 海南桃金娘叶挥发油具有良好的应用价值,该研究为其药用功能提供了理论基础,及其综合开发利用提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Objective: Analyzing and identifying the constituents of the chemical constituent the Folium Rhodomyrti Tomentosae. Method: The essential oils were extracted by steam distillation, and then the constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. Result: 50 compounds from the volatile oil were identified, which account for 99.98 % of total volatile oils, and of them the main components are terpenes The main constituents are caryophylleneoxide(13.15%),benzaldehyde,2,4,5-trimethyl-(9.15%),2-dodecenal(8.55%),4,7,10-cycloundecatriene,1,1,4,8-tetramethyl-,cis,cis,cis(5.05%),cyclohexaneethanol,4-methyl-.beta.-methylene-,trans-(4.22%). The content (13.96%) of caryophyllene is the highest. Conclusion: The essential oil from Folium Rhodomyrti Tomentosae showed high application value,and this study provided a chemical basis as a medicinal herb, and theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization of the essential oil from leaf of Folium Rhodomyrti Tomentosae.
