| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病（CHD）患者血清中同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）的变化。方法对134例冠心病患者与40例健康对照者进行血清同型半胱氨酸水平的测定,并将冠心病患者分为不同组别对同型半胱氨酸水平进行比较。结果CHD患者血清Hcy浓度为（16.4±7.1）μmol/L,明显高于对照组的（11.2±4.3）μmol/L（P〈0.01）,在对CHD患者按冠脉狭窄程度分组比较中,随冠脉狭窄支数递增,血清Hcy呈增高趋势。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症与冠心病的发生有密切关系,并且Hcy水平与CHD的严重程度相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the change of serum homocysteic acid （Hcy） in patients with coronary artery disease （CHD）. Methods The serum Hcy level of 40 healthy individuals（ as control group） and 134 cases with CHD who were divided into different groups were determined and compared. Results The serum Hcy level of patients with CHD was （ 16.4 ± 7.1 ） μmol/L, significantly higher than that （ 11.2± 4.3 ） μmol/L of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Among patient groups divided by the extent of coronary artery stenosis, the level of serum Hcy raised as the number of narrow coronary arteries increased. Conclusion Homocysteinemia had a close relation to the occurrence of CHD. The level of serum Hcy was associated with the severity of CHD. |
