| 摘 要： | 建立了反相离子对高效液相色谱法分析贝母中的贝母辛,色谱柱为ODS柱,流动相为甲醇—水(69:31),内含7.5 mmol/L SDS。分析结果表明,供试12种贝母药材主要来源种中均含有贝母辛,引种栽培样品中贝母辛含量一般高于野生样品,贝母辛含量与生物碱总量有相关性。

| Abstract: | A new method for the determination of peimisine in bulbus Fritillariae by ion-pair HPLC has been developed. The chromatographic system consists of ODS column and mobile phase of methanol—water(69: 31) containing 7.5 mmol/L of SDS(pH 4.5±0.1). Twelve samples of different species in the family of Fritillaria have been analyzed by this method. The results show that all samples contain peimisine and the contents of peimisine are correlative to those of total alkaloids. |
