阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的对照分析

目的探讨阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法将60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组各30例，研究组给予阿立哌唑治疗，对照组给予利培酮治疗，疗程8w。采用PANSS量表、临床总体印象量表（CGI）及副反应量表（TESS）评定临床疗效和不良反应。结果阿立哌唑组总有效率93．3％，利培酮组90％，两组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。两组不良反应比较，阿立哌唑EPS发生率小于利培酮。结论国产阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症疗效显著、安全、经济，不良反应轻依从性好。

Comparative investigation on aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective Investigation and discussion of the curative effect and security of aripiprazole on schizophrenia. Methods 60 cases of schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into two groups of the 30 cases,the Study Group for aripiprazole treatment,the control group given risperidone in the treatment,treatment 8 w.Using PANSS scale,the overall impression of scale(CGI) and Deputy Scale(TESS) to inform the clinical efficacy and side effects.Results Aripiprazole group,the total efficiency of 93.3%,90% risperidone group,the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Two groups of adverse reactions,aripiprazole EPS rate was less than risperidone.Conclusions Domestic aripiprazole is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia,security,economic,adverse reactions is light.
