| 摘 要： | 目的:评价六味通脉胶囊对动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)患者的临床疗效及外周血循环内皮细胞水平变化的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法:将93例符合入选标准的ASO患者,采用双盲双模拟研究方法,随机分为治疗组和对照组,从ASO患者的临床症状积分、血液流变学指标、外周血循环内皮细胞水平含量变化等方面进行前瞻性对比治疗研究。结果:ASO患者血管内皮细胞水平升高,血液流变学指标异常,与健康人比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的临床症状积分、血液流变学指标、血管内皮细胞水平明显降低(P<0.05及P<0.01);治疗组在总有效率、血液流变学指标、循环内皮细胞水平方面均优于对照组(P<0.05及P<0.01)。结论:六味通脉胶囊能明显改善ASO患者的临床症状和体征,改善血液流变学指标、提高生活质量,保护血管内皮细胞是其作用机制之一。
