中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎20例临床观察

为探讨中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效 ,4 3例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为西医组 ( 2 3例 )和中西医结合组 ( 2 0例 ) ,分别观察比较两组患者腹胀、腹痛和腹膜刺激征缓解的时间、第一次排大便和住院时间、并发症、病死率。结果 :中西医结合组的症状和体征的缓解时间和第一次排大便及住院时间均短于西医组 (P <0 .0 1) ;并发症的发生率和病死率均低于西医组 (P <0 .0 1)。提示及时有效地采用中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎 ,可迅速减轻临床症状 ,降低并发症的发生率和病死率 ,缩短住院时间 ,降低医疗费用

Clinical Observation of Combined Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating 20 Cases of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

To study the therapeutic effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis, 43 patients were randomly divided into control group (23 cases treated by western medicine) and treatment group (20 cases treated by combined Chinese and western medicine). The duration of abdominal pain and irritation, first-time defecation, hospitalization period, complication and the mortality were detected. Results: The duration of abdominal pain and irritation, first-time defecation and the hospitalization period were significantly shorter in treatment group than control group ( P < 0.01); the occurrence of complication and mortality were significantly lower in treatment group than in control group ( P < 0.01). Conclusion: Combined Chinese and western medicine can effectively treat severe acute pancreatitis, and relieve symptoms, reduce complications and mortality, shorten hospitalization period and lower expense.
