小柴胡汤对小鼠Lewis肺癌作用的病理形态学观察

目的观察小柴胡汤对小鼠Lewis肺癌在病理形态学方面的影响。方法将38只小鼠常规接种Lewis肺癌，5天后选取荷瘤成功的小鼠随机分三组：模型组（MG），小柴胡组（BG）和参一组（SG），每组10只。每天分别予生理盐水、小柴胡汤和参一胶囊溶液各0．4mL灌胃12天。观察其肿瘤生长情况，用HE染色法观察肿瘤组织病理形态改变。结果（1）小柴胡汤和参一胶囊对肿瘤细胞的生长有抑制作用，瘤重均明显低于模型组，差异显著（P〈0．01），但两组间无明显差异（P〉0．05）；（2）与模型组比较，小柴胡组和参一组镜下均可见瘤细胞体积缩小，异型细胞较少，细胞核致密，染色质浓缩边集，肿瘤细胞核分裂数明显减少。结论小柴胡汤有抑制Lewis肺癌细胞增殖的作用。

Effect of the Minor Bupleuri Decoction on the pathological changes of mice with Lewis lung cancer cells

Objective To observe the effect of Minor Bupleuri Decoction in the pathological changes of mice bearing Lewis lung cancer cells. Methods Inoculated the thirty - eight mice with Lewis lung cancer cells, after five days choosing successful tumor - bearing mice, then they were randomly divided into three groups ： Model group（MG） ,Minor Bupleuri Decoction group（BG） and Shenyi Capsule group（ SG）, 10 mice in each group. Different doses of drug were given to four group： Normal sodium, Minor Bupleuri Decoction and Sbenyi Capsule liquid at 0.4 mL once a day by gastrogavage. To observe the tumor growing status, HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of tumorous tissue. Results （ 1 ） The BG ＆ SG inhibited the growth of tumor,the weight of tumors were much lower than that of the MG, and there were significant differences compared with the MG（ P 〈 0.01 ）, but no difference between the BG ＆ SG （ P 〉 0.05 ）. （ 2 ） Compared with the MG, there were some cell morphological changes of the BG ＆ SG. Such as the volume of some tumor cells became small and the abnormal cells became less, the cell nuclei were tightening, the chromatin were condensed in margin, and the shape of splitting nuclei reduced obviously. Conclusion The Minor Bupleuri Decoction has effect on inhibiting the prohferation of Lewis lung cancer cells.
