2853位外来未婚女工生殖健康知信行调查分析

目的了解外来未婚女工生殖健康知识、态度、行为情况,分析其影响因素,为提高外来未婚女工的生殖健康水平,进行合理干预提供理论依据。方法采取整群抽样和便利抽样相结合的方法,抽取番禺区外来未婚女工共2853例,采用自行设计的调查表对工厂外来女工进行问卷调查,并进行统计学分析。结果本次调查的外来未婚女工平均年龄24.67岁,有59.06%的人是初中及以下文化程度,导致她们对生殖健康概念模糊,了解不够。85.35%的人有婚前性行为,避孕意识和避孕知识缺乏现象严重。外来女工获取生殖健康知识的渠道狭窄,需求强烈。结论绝大多数外来未婚女工生殖保健知识水平低,需要进行合理有效的干预,普及外来女工的生殖健康知识对提高我国妇女的整体素质意义重大。
