| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断价值以及在临床治疗中的应用。方法对68例确诊为小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿(炎症组)及60例健康儿童(对照组)的淋巴结超声图像表现进行对照分析。结果炎症组肠系膜淋巴结的纵径、横径、内部回声及彩色血流信号分布与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频彩超在小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎诊断及治疗中具有重要的临床意义,可作为诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的首选方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE This article probes into the application of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound during the diagnosis and treatment for pedo-adenomesenteritis.
