| 摘 要： | 目的掌握上海市闸北区中小学生因病缺课发生状况与发展规律,为探索切实可行的学校疾病监测与预警系统模式提供科学依据。方法对2009学年闸北区中小学生因病缺课监测数据进行分析。结果 2009学年闸北区中小学生因病缺课率为0.53%,人均缺课天数1.01天,小学生因病缺课率高于初中生和高中生;学生因病缺课以秋冬季节为最高,且以发热伴上感为第一缺课病因,占79.10%;其他依次为呕吐腹泻、哮喘和传染病。建议在老师、家长和学生中加强常见疾病、传染病的防控宣教,培养学生良好的卫生习惯与健康技能,降低学生因病缺课率。
