腹腔镜手术对红细胞和淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响

目的探讨腹腔镜手术前后机体红细胞免疫和T淋巴细胞亚免疫功能的变化。方法以红细胞C3b受体花环率、红细胞免疫复合物花环率、肿瘤红细胞花环率及CD3，CD4，CD8细胞作为观测指标，测定该院60例腹腔镜手术患者的免疫指标变化，并与对照组进行比较。结果腹腔镜患者术后第1天的上述免疫指标虽有轻度障碍，但没有显著性意义，且术后第3天迅速恢复。结论腹腔镜患者手术前后红细胞免疫功能和T淋巴细胞亚群免疫功能没有明显障碍，是患者手术后能够迅速恢复的免疫依据。

Consequences of laparoscopy exerted on human immune functions of erythrocyte and lymphocyte

Objective: To study the consequences of laparoscopy exerted on human immune system of erythrocyte and T-lymphocyte subpopulation. Methods: The immunologic functions of erythrocyte and T-lymphocyte subpopulation in 60 patients who underwent laparoscopy were tested and compared with those in control group by taking the rate of RBC-C3b receptor rosette (RCRR), RBC-immune complex rosette (RICR), tumor-RBC rosette (TRR) and CD3, CD4, CD8 cells as observation indexs. Results: In the postoperative 1st day, immunologic functions of erythrocyte and T-lymphocyte subpopulation in patients with laparoscopy were degraded lightly. But it had no significance, and reconverted immediately in the postoperative 3rd day. Conclusions: The consequences of laparoscopy exerted on human immune system of erythrolyte and T-lymphocyte subpopulation were not obvious, our study provide immediate recovery of patients after laparoscopy with immunologic evidence.
