| 摘 要： | 目的：调查2001-2004年我院镇静催眠及抗焦虑药的使用情况和变化趋势,为临床提供参考.方法：对我院2001-2004年使用的镇静催眠及抗焦虑药用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用等进行分析比较.结果：镇静催眠及抗焦虑药年消耗金额和用药频度、日均费用均呈增长趋势,用药同步性逐渐好转,且用药相对价廉,药物的安全性越来越引起人们的重视.结论：药物的安全性、有效性、经济性均是人们选药的重要因素.

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze status and trends of applications for sedative-hypnotics and antianxiety drugs in our hospital during 2001 -2004. Methods: The consumption sum, defined daily doses and daily costs of sedative-hypnotics and antianxiety drugs in our hospital during 2001 -2004 were analyzed. Results: The consumption sum, defined daily doses and daily costs of the sedative-hypnotics and antianxiety drugs were getting yearly increases. Medications harmonization was getting better. Drug costs were getting down. Drug safety was getting more priority. Conclusion: Factors of efficacy, safety and e-conomy of drugs were equivalent for patients to make options of therapy. |
