摘    要:目的 观察不同浓度血清甘油三酯(TG)对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)测定的影响,在临床实验室内寻找可靠的HDL—C测定方法以满足临床诊治需求。方法 采取全自动生化分析仪检测血清TG、胆固醇(TC)、HDL—C以及低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇LDL—C并与沉淀法和电泳法测定HDL—C进行分组比较。结果 当血清TG〈1.70mmol/L时,3种方法测定值之间无差异:当血清TG为1.70-4.0mmol/L范围时,各方法测定HDL—C有显著差异,但相关性良好。当TG〉4.0mmol/L,各方法之间的差异程度不一致。结论 对高TG标本HDL—C的测定3种不同的方法电泳法、沉淀法和直接法之间有显著差异,有条件的实验室应尽可能采用电泳法测定高TG标本HDL—C。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of varying serous TG concentrations on HDL-C detection, and to select a reliable method for determining HDL-C in clinical laboratory to meet the need for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The serous TG TC, HDL-C and LDL-C were determined by full-automatic biochemical analyzer in group comparison to those by precipitation method and electrophoresis method group by group. Results When TG below 1.70mmol/L, no difference was found in varying values determined by three above-mentioned methods whereas on the condition that TG ranged from 1.7-4.0mmol/L the HDL-C levels determined by various methods showed marked difference but favorable correlation. Furthermore, the degree of difference disagreed in the varying methods. Conclusion When used to detect HDL-C levels in high TG samples the three various methods such as electrophoresis method, precipitation method and direct method can show significant difference. Therefore, those clinical laboratories in good condition should adopt electrophoresis method to detect HDL-C of high TG whenever possible.
