股骨转移瘤的外科治疗

目的：探讨手术治疗股骨转移性肿瘤的效果及意义。方法：回顾2000—2008年手术治疗的股骨转移性肿瘤患者24例，其中男15例，女9例，年龄（64±8．5）岁（35～77岁）。转移部位：股骨颈部5例，转子部7例，干部8例，髁部4例。股骨颈转移瘤行头颈切除骨水泥人工半髋关节置换术，其他部位转移瘤行瘤体刮除骨水泥填塞内固定术，其中选用交锁髓内钉12例，DHS4例，钢板2例，DCS1例。结果：所有患者中生活质量得到明显改善，疼痛缓解。结论：采用人lr假体置换或内同定手术可以缓解疼痛部分恢复患肢功能，便于减少长期卧床所致并发症，提高患者生存质量。

Surgical Treatment for Metastatic Tumors of the Femur

Objective： To study the effect of surgical intervention for metastatic tumors of the femur. Methods： 24 patients with metastatic tumors of the femur, including 15 male and 9 female, with an average age of 64~8.5 years, who underwent surgical treatment between 2000 and 2008. Among them, metastatic tumors on the femoral head or neck in 5 eases, on intertrochanteric region in 7 cases, on shaft of femur in 8 eases and on condyles of feumr in 4 cases. In this study, 5 cases were treated by resection of femoral head and neck combined with prosthetic replacement, the others were treated by focal cleaning and internal fixation （12 cases were treated with intramedullary nails, 4 with DHS, 2 with plates and 1 with DCS）. Results： After operation, the pain was remarkably relieved or completely vanished in all eases. All cases could take care of themselves. Conclusion： Surgical treatment can relieve pain, recover function of affected extremity, reduce the complications due to long-term bed and improve patient＇s life quality.
