| 摘 要： | 目的进一步探讨慢性根尖周炎根周骨组织损伤及骨吸收的机理。方法采用放射免疫分析法检测了慢性肉芽组织中前列腺素Ｅ２（ｐｒｏｓｔａｇｌａｎｄｉｎＥ２，ＰＧＥ２）和血栓素Ｂ２（ｔｈｒｏｍｂｏｘａｎｅＢ２，ＴＸＢ２）的含量和分布。结果慢性根尖周炎根周肉芽组织中的ＰＧＥ２和ＴＸＢ２的含量明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论ＰＧＥ２与慢性根周骨吸收关系密切，ＴＸＢ２也与之有关。ＰＧＥ２与ＴＸＢ２的含量平衡失调

| Abstract: | Objective To further study the mechanisms of damages and resorption of bone in chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods The quantities and distribution of PGE 2 and TXB 2 in apical granuloma of chronic periapical periodontitis were analyzed using radio immunization analysis. Results The quantities of PGE 2 and TXB 2 in apical granuloma of chronic periapical periodontitis were significantly ( P <0.05) higher than those in controls. Conclusion The PGE 2 has the close relation with the bone resorption of chronic periapical periodontitis during the whole process. Meanwhile, TXB 2 also has certain relation with the bond absorption. The quantities of PGE 2 and TXB 2 are imbalanced. |
