护理硕士专业学位研究生轮转初期情感体验的质性研究

目的:对护理硕士专业学位研究生进行访谈，描述学生在轮转初期的真实体验，发现其轮转初期面临的问题，使护理教育者切实感受到学生的需求，探讨切实可行的策略，为护理教育的后续开展提供依据。方法：用目的抽样选取12名护理硕士专业学位研究生进行半结构式深入访谈，采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法，整理、分析12名学生的真实感受。结果：提炼出护理硕士专业学位研究生轮转初期情感体验为4个主题: 工作压力、人际关系、学术研究、个人定位。结论：护理硕士专业学位研究生轮转初期面临诸多问题，护理教育者应探索合理有效的方法，指导学生解决临床实际问题，确保高质量完成轮转。

Qualitative study of real experience of master degree students in the early stage of the rotation

Objective: To interview the postgraduate students of nursing master degree, describe the real experience in the early stage of the rotation, and find out the problems they face, so that the nursing educators can truly feel the needs of the students and explore practical strategies for nursing education. Methods: 12 nursing graduate students were selected for semi-structured in-depth interviews with purpose sampling. The phenomenological research methods in qualitative research were used to organize and analyze the true feelings of 12 students. Results: The emotional experience of the postgraduate rotation of nursing master’s degree was divided into 4 themes: work stress, interpersonal relationship, academic research, and personal orientation. Conclusion: Nursing educators should explore reasonable and effective methods to guide students to solve clinical practical problems and ensure high quality to complete the rotation.
