| 摘 要： | 中医学肠腑与脑腑上下相通、相互联系形成脑肠互动学说,西医胃肠道与脑通过神经-内分泌系统进行双向调节从而形成脑肠轴。从中西医不同角度阐述脑与肠的关系并以此为理论基础探讨脑出血腑实或腑气不通的病理环节,为临床防治中风及后遗症提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | The theory intestine and brain connected up and down means brain-gut interaction in traditional medicine and the gastrointestinal tracts with the brain through the nerves-two-way regulating endocrine system thereby forms the brain-gut axis in western medicine. This article from the perspective of different Chinese and Western medicine expounds the relationship between brain and intestine and explores cerebral hemorrhage relieving or relieving gas impassability pathological link based on this, which can provide a new method for clinical prevention and treatment of stroke and sequelae. |
