高克俭主任治疗胸痹学术经验

冠心病是临床常见病、多发病,中医中属于胸痹范畴。高主任认为,随着疾病谱和诊治技术的进步,古代中医对胸痹的认知远远满足不了现代胸痹的整体辨证需求。现代医学的飞速发展虽然显著降低了冠心病的发生率和病死率,但冠心病的预防以及介入后治疗仍然是中西医结合治疗的难点、热点问题。在临床中,针对与冠心病相关胸痹的病因病机,总结了高克俭主任大量辨证论治的经验,旨在对高克俭主任治疗冠心病的学术经验进行初步总结,以利于对临床诊疗提供新思路。

Chief physician GAO Kejian's experience on the treatment of thoracic obstruction

According to Western medicine, chest obstruction is a common and frequently-occurring disease, which is closely related to coronary heart disease (CHD). With the development of disease spectrum and therapeutic technique, GAO Kejian, the chief physician, holds the view that the knowledge of Chest obstruction in ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) cannot meet the requirements of the overall diagnosis and treatment of it nowadays. The development of modern medicine reduces the incidence rate and mortality of CHD significantly, but the prophylaxis and the treatment after interventional therapy is remaining difficult and hotspot problems of TCM and Western medicine therapy. Cheif doctor GAO Kejian summarizes extensive clinical experience focusing on the etiology and the pathogenesis of Chest obstruction, which is related to CHD. This article aims at making an initial summary on the cheif doctor GAO Kejian''s academic experience in treating CHD to provide a new method of making diagnosis and practicing treatment in clinic.
