百令胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者健商指数、CAT评分的影响

目的]探讨百令胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者健商指数、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分的影响。方法]选择本院2015年1月—2017年4月诊治的78例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各39例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予百令胶囊治疗,两组均治疗观察8周;记录与观察患者健商指数、CAT评分的变化。结果]观察组显效率为94.9%,对照组显效率为79.5%,观察组显著高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后观察组与对照组的用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)都显著高于治疗前(P0.05),治疗后观察组的FEV1/FVC也高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后观察组与对照组CAT评分均低于治疗前的(P0.05),观察组显著低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后观察组的自我保健、生活方式、精神状态、生活技能、健康知识等评分都显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论]百令胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者能改善健商指数与CAT评分,提高患者的肺功能与治疗总体效果,有很好的应用价值。

Effect of Bailing capsules on health quotient index and CAT score in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective] To investigate the effect of Bailing capsules on the health quotient index and CAT score in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods] The 78 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital during January 2015-April 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group based on the treatment in control group was given Bailing capsule treatment. Two groups were treated for 8 weeks; recorded and observed the patients'' changes of health quotient index and CAT score.Results] The effective rate of the observation group was 94.9%. The effective rate of the control group was 79.5%, and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the FEV1/FVC of the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than that before the treatment (P<0.05), and the FEV1/FVC of the observation group was also higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the CAT scores of the observation group and the control group, which were significantly lower than those before treatment of (P<0.05), and the observation group was also significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of self-health, lifestyle, mental state, life skills and health knowledge of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion] The Bailing capsules can improve the health quotient index and CAT score, improve the lung function and treatment effect of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and so it has good application value.
