面部浅刺配合强刺激四关穴治疗原发性面肌痉挛

[目的]探讨强刺激四关穴对治疗原发性面肌痉挛疗效的影响。[方法]选取64例原发性面肌痉挛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,两组均采用面部浅刺配合针刺四关穴,对照组四关穴予常规治疗,治疗组四关穴施以强刺激手法。[结果]治疗组总有效率96.9%,高于对照组的87.5%,两组比较无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组愈显率87.5%,高于对照组的59.4%,两组比较有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组所需治疗次数少,时间短,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),且无不良医疗安全事故发生。[结论]面部浅刺配合强刺激四关穴治疗原发性面肌痉挛与常规治疗疗效相当,可缩短治疗时间,安全可行。

Facial shallow acupuncture treatment with strong stimulation of Siguan points on primary facial spasm

[Objective] To investigate the effect of the treatment of primary facial spasm with strong stimulation of Siguan points.[Methods] The 64 cases of primary facial spasm patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 32 cases each. The two groups were treated with superficial needling on face combined with acupuncture on Siguan points. The treatment group was treated by strong stimulation with four points, and the control group was given mild stimulation.[Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.9%, higher than that of the control group (87.5%), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The cure and effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, which was higher than the control group (59.4%). There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Treatment group required fewer treatment, shorter time, which was a significant difference (P<0.01), and no adverse medical accidents occurred..[Conclusion] Facial shallow acupuncture combined with strong stimulation of Siguan points treatment of primary facial spasm and conventional treatment efficacy is equivalent, it can shorten the treatment time, safe and feasible.
