| 摘 要： | 探讨对内窥镜鼻窦手术疗效起决定性作用的手术操作的有关影响因素。方法回顾分析ＦＥＳＳ临床病例２１５例。结果随访６－２４个月。临床治愈率为７５．８％，总有效率为９６．３％，术前３ｄ服止血药者与术前未服或服药少于１ｄ者出血量有显著性差异。结论术者的熟练程度，内窥镜手术器械的选择，术前用药，麻醉方法，鼻窦解剖，鼻息肉息炎的类型等对手术操作的影响甚大。

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to investigate the factors which affect the operative treatment effect of FESS.Method: 215 cases suffered functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) from May 1994 to December 1997 wereanalysed. Result:The clinical curative rate was 75. 8% and the improving rate was 96. 3 %' Conclusion:The effectshows that surgical procedure is closely related to following factors:mechanic of operation,drugs taken in pre-operation,kinds of anesthsia,clinical stage of chronic sinusitis,nasal poplys and skill of surgeons. |
