抑癌基因p16在喉癌中的表达及临床意义

目的 探讨抑癌基因ｐ１６与喉癌的生物学行为的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测３９例喉癌中ｐ１６基因表达情况。结果 喉癌组织ｐ１６阳必表达率６６．７％，ｐ１６蛋白的阳性率在鳞癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级中分别为１００％、６４．７％、５０％，显示ｐ１６蛋白表达阳性率随喉癌的病理分级的上升而降低，ｐ１６阳性与阴性组之间的１～５年的生存率则无明显差异．结论 抑癌基因ｐ１６的表达与肿瘤的类型有关，百喉癌预后好于其它肿瘤

The expression of antioncogene p16 in the laryngocarcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To approach the relationship between antioncogene p16 and the biologic behavior of laryngocarcinoma.Method Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of p16 gene in the specimens of 39 cases with laryngo-carcinoma.Results The positive rate of expression of p16 in the laryngocarcinoma was 66.7%. The positive rate of p16 ingrade and of squamous cell carcinoma was 100%, 64.7% and 50% respectively. It is suggested that the positive rate ofp16 decline with the grade elevation in pathology. There was no significant difference in 1 ~ 5 year survival rate between the pe tients with positive and negative p16. Conclusions The expression of P16 is related to the tumor type. The prognosis of laryn-gocarcinoma better than other tumors be correlated with the expression of antioncogene p16.
