伴间质特殊分化的子宫腺肉瘤

目的 了解伴间质特殊分化的子宫Ｍｕｅｌｌｅｒｉａｎ腺肉瘤的临床病理特征及其鉴别诊断。方法 收集７例单质形态特殊的子宫腺肉瘤、观察其临床病理特点，并进行组织化学及免疫组化染色分析。结果 所有肿瘤具有腺肉瘤的临床及组织学特征，２例间质出现组织学形态和免疫组化特点均与恶性横纹肌样瘤相似的区域，１例伴性索样成分，３例伴横纹肌肉瘤及１例伴灶性软骨成分。结论 腺肉瘤间质可向横纹肌样分化，可能与间质细胞的多分化

Miillerian adenosarcomas of the uterus with particular stromal differentiation

Objective To study the clinicopathological features and differential diagnosis of Mullerian adenosarcoma of theuterus with particular stromal differentiation. Methods the clinicopathologic features of 7 cases of adenosarcoma of the uterus with particular stromal elements were observed and histochemical and immunohistochemical analyses were engaged. Results All tumors had the clinical and histologic characteristics of an adenosarcoma. In some areas of the stroma, 2 cases showed the his- tologic and immunohistochemical features that closely resemble those of malignant rhabdiod tumor, sex cord-like elements (SCEs)were seen in 1 case, 3 cases contained rhabdomyosarcomas and 1 case contained focus of cartilage. Conclusion some areas of stroma of uterus adenosarcomas exhibit rhabdiod differeniation which is possibly related to the multiple differentiation potentiality of stroma cells. The clinical and pathologic features in these seven of adenosarcomas with particular stromal differentiation are similar to those of typical uterus adenosarcomas.
