精神药物中毒的抢救及护理

自杀行为是精神科常见的症状之一,顿服大量精神药物是精神病人常采用的自杀方式。本文总结90例服毒病人,就其服药种类、时间、季节以及服毒的原因做一论述,进而抓住抢救的关键环节,加强观察和护理措施,以提高抢救成功率。

The Emergency and Nursing of Poisoning Caused by Psychoactive Drug

Suicide is one of the most frequent symptoms in psychiatric clinic. Taking a draught of a vast amount of psychoactive drug is usually chosen to commit suicide by the patients with mental disorders. The author has reviewed 90 cases with taking psychoactives in this paper. The type, time, season and cause of taking psychoactives were discussed. The findings suggested that it would enhance the successful rate in this emergency, if attention have paid on the key link, observation and nursing were strengthened.
