心血管血流参数的测定在产科临床的应用

应用无创性心血管血流参数检测仪(TD-CBS)对妊娠合并高血压综合征(以下简称妊高征)的孕妇和妊娠晚期无合并症的正常孕妇各50例进行监测。主要测定其血粘度(V),外周阻力(TPR)和心排出量(CI)等多项血流参数。结果提示妊高征组应注意心脏前后负荷功能状况,提供临床数值以及时处理,并以TP-CBS监测其心血管血流参数的变化,有利于指导临床正常治疗。

Cardiovascular Parameter Testing Used in the Department of Obstetrics

The author used nontraumatic cardiovascular parameter testing set to monitor the change of pregnant women. The pregnant women were divided into normal group and gestational hypertensive syndrome group. Each group contained 50 cases. The tested items were blood viscosity, peripheral resistance, cardiac output and so on. The conclusion showed that there was significant difference between the two groups. It suggested that we should pay attention to these parameters and should monitor them constantly. It would do great benefit to clinic therapy.
