膀胱尿道原发性印戒细胞癌临床病理观察

目的 探讨膀胱尿道原发性印戒细胞癌的临床和病理特征。方法 经临床资料分析及光镜、免疫组化、电镜观察５例膀胱尿道原发性印戒细胞癌。结果 肿瘤发和于膀胱者４例，发生于尿道者１例。临床表现以血尿为主伴有尿路刺激症状。组织学上以大片印戒样癌细胞、腺管样结构及粘液池形成为特征。免疫组织化学标记示癌细胞ＣＥＡ和ＥＭＡ阳性。电镜下见瘤细胞胞浆内有大量圆形粘液颗粒，国等电子密度，粘液多糖物质呈颗粒状。结论 提示膀

Clinical and pathological study of primary signet-ring cell carcinoma of the urinary tract

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics of primary signet-ring cell carcinoma of the urinary tract. Methods 5 cases of primary signet-ring cell carcinoma of the urinary tract were studied by analyses of clinicaldata, light microscopy, immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy Reslts Four cases of the tumor were located in the urinary bladder and one case in the urethra. The main clinical symptoms of the five cases were bloody urine with urinary irritation.Histologically , the tumor was characterized by the large amount of signet-ring cells, adenoid structurea and mucoid pools. The im- munohistochemical staining showed that CEA and EMA were positive in the tumors. The electron mieroscopic examination demon- demon strated that there were round mucoid grands with medium electron density in the cytoplasm of the tumor cells. Conclusion It issuggested that the signet-ring cell carcinoma of the urinary tract be derived from the totipotent cells of transitional epithelium.
