光动力疗法治疗肿瘤的护理

对9例不同部位恶性肿瘤病人进行27次光动力疗法(PDT)治疗,强调了做好PDT治疗期间的心理护理,掌握血卟啉的正确输注方法,加强激光照射中对正常组织的保护,密切观察PDT治疗后肿瘤局部的变化,妥善处理局部炎症反应等对保证治疗安全、顺利地进行,具有非常重要的作用。

Nursing of Photo-dynamic Thrapy to Treat Carcinoma

Nine carcinoma patients were treated by PDT 27 times. Compared with treating local skin or solid carcinomas with traditional carcinoma therapy, it has such advantages as:selective killing of tumor tissue, less suffering, short course of treatment, safety and reliability, fewer side-effects, no complications, easy to accept by the patients, etc. It emphasizes how to give the patients psychological support, master the right infusion of Hematoporphyrin, strengthen to protect the normal tissue during laser radiation, observe closely the local change of the tumor after PDT, handling appropriately the local inflammatory reaction. All of those are very important to ensure the therapy going on smoothly and safely.
