丹参提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选丹参有效成分最佳提取工艺。方法通过多种提取工艺(传统水煎法、乙醇回流法、超声波法、超临界萃取法)的比较,以丹参素和丹参酮ⅡA为指标成分,优化最佳提取工艺。结果CO2超临界流体萃取法提取具有较高的丹参素和丹参酮ⅡA有效成分含量。结论CO2超临界流体萃取法可以用于丹参有效成分的提取,为丹参制剂的前处理提供实验依据。

Abstract:Objective To study the best extraction method for Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiza effective component. Methods Several extraction methods for Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiza (water decoction, alcohol reflux, ultrasonic extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction) were compared, to optimize the extraction methods by determined of Danshensu and Tanshinone IIA of Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiza. Results Supercritical CO2 extraction had high content of effective component of Danshensu and Tanshinone IIA. Conclusion Supercritical CO2 extraction was the best extraction method for Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiza. This result would be an experimental proof for pre-processing the preparation of Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiza.
