江苏省保健食品消费者调查及消费影响因素分析

摘    要:对523名保健食品消费者进行问卷调查。结果表明,绝大部分消费者认为保健食品有发展前途。但有许多人对目前的保健食品市场管理表示不满。影响保健食品消费的因素为消费者的经济收入、保健食品价格以及保健食品的食用效果等。延缓衰老、促进生长发育、补充营养素、免疫调节、改善记忆、抗疲劳等功能的保健食品有较大的需求量。消费者的保健食品有关知识尚待提高。

Abstract:healthfood consumers were surveyed. It showed that most of the consumers believe the healthfood will have a prosperous market. Meanwhile, many of the consumers complained about the prsesnt management of healthfood market. The factors affect the consume of the healthfood are the income of the consumers, the price of the healthfood and the effects of the healthfood. There is a large requirement in such healthfoods that not only can prolong aging, promote growth and development, but also can supply nutrition to regulate immunization, strengthen the faculty of memory and resist fatigue.
