摘    要:目的 了解饮食性低锌对大鼠正畸牙周组织改建的影响。方法 68只Wistar大鼠随机分为低锌饮食组和正常匹配喂养组喂养28天后,施力50g,观察施力后牙周组织变化及相应的牙齿移动距离,同时检测两组动物的血清锌含量及碱性磷酸酶活性。结果 低锌组动物血清锌含量及碱性磷酸酶活性降低,牙移动速度减慢,牙周组织破坏严重,根吸收明显。结论 饮食性低锌对大鼠正畸牙周组织的改建有破坏作用,减慢牙齿移动速度。

Abstract:Objective An experiment with zinc deficiency diet was performed on 64 Wistdar rats.Methods Diet with or without zinc was applied to rats for 28 days.28 days later,fixed orthodontic appliance was ligated between the maxillary incisor and the maxillary first molar.The initial activating force was 50gm.The rats were sacrificed on day 3,7,14 respectively.Serum alkaline phosphatase activity and zinc level were determined.The tooth movement was measured and histological investigation was made.Results The reduction in serum alkaline phosphatase activity and zinc level and the amount of the tooth movement were more pronounced in the zinc deficiency group.Conclusion Dietary zinc deficiency destroys the periodontium remodeling and decelerates the orthodontic tooth movement.
