摘    要:以CT-HRP逆行标记出生后一天(P_1)至成体(AD)的99只大鼠胫前肌运动神经元(TaMn)。结果,P_1至AD的TaMn标记计数减少71.5%,其它生长参数均与生后日龄呈正相关。TaMn的树突分布在幼鼠时就已初具AD的模式,其中30%以上的树突分布于白质索内。白质树突(WMD)的生后发育以后外侧索内最为显著。

Abstract:Motoneurons of Musculus tibialis anterior (TaMn) in 99 Wistar rats of age from postnatal day 1 (P1) to adult (AD) were retrogradely labelled with cholera toxin horseradish peroxidase conjugate (CT-HRP). A decrease of 71.5% in number of labelled TaMn was found from P1 to AD. Other developmental parameters of TaMn were positively correlated with animal age. At birth, the distribution of TaMn dendrites has already shown a similar pattern to AD. It was found that postnatal development of white matter dendrites (WMD) was most distinct within dorsal lateral funiculus (DLF). It was calculated that more than 30% of total volume and 33% of surface area of TaMn dendrites were contributed by WMD. The functional significance of WMD and correlation between phylogenetic evolution of oli-godendroglial cells and heterophility of mammalian WMD to Golgi silver impregnation were briefly discussed.
