| 摘 要： | 目的:比较股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)与动力髋螺钉(DHS)在治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效.方法:从2002年10月～2005年2月收治股骨转子间骨折患者126例.PFN组:63例,DHS组:63例.从手术时间、平均失血量、内置物理想位置、术后引流量、行走能力作对比研究.结果:PFN组在上述各方面均优于DHS组,具有明显统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:PFN具有创伤小、 设计合理、允许病人早期活动,是理想的股骨转子间骨折内固定物之一.

| Abstract: | Objective: To contrast the effect of proximal femoral nail(PFN) with Dynamic Hip Screw on intertrochanteric fracture. Method:126 cases were included from the October 2002 to February 2005(PFN:63cases,DHS:63cases).Control research were done in operation period, average blood loss volumn, optimized internal fixation site, postoperative irigation, walking ability. Result: PFN were superior to DHS in mentioned fields. It has significant stastical meaning(P<0.01). Conclusion: PFN is one of optimized internal fixation to treat intertrochanteric fracture with the characteristic of less lesion, rational design, and ealier motion of patients. |
