中西医结合治疗老年高血压性鼻出血效果分析

目的探讨用中西医结合的方法治疗老年高血压性鼻出血的优点。方法77例患分为两组。对照组用传统的鼻腔填塞止血加西药治疗；治疗组在内窥镜下射频止血加中药治疗。对两组治疗前后血压，临床症状及血浆内皮素(ET)，血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)，一氧化氮(NO)含量进行测量。结果治疗组疗程短，痛苦小。治疗后血压下降，血浆NO含量，ET和AngⅡ水平均改善。结论中西医结合治疗老年高血压性鼻出血的方法是有效而安全的，值得临床推广。

Analysis of therapeutic effect of western and Chinese traditional medicine on nasal hemorrhage in senile hypertension patients

Objective To explore a new method of integrated traditional and western theraping epistexis occurring among senile patients with hypertension. Methods 77 patients were divided into control and treatement groups.The control group was treated with traditional nasal paking + western medicine.The treatement group was treated with radiofrequence under endoscope + traditional Chinese medicine. The change of blood pressure,clinical symptoms, plasma endothelin(ET),angiotensinII (AngII),nitric oxide(NO)level before and after treatment were observed. Results The treatment time on experimental group was short and curative effect was better with less pain. After treatment ,the pressure was reduced,the level of plasma ET , AngII and NO were improved. Conclusion This method is effective and safe for epistexis occurring among senile patients with hypertension.
