微信平台在慢性肾脏病患者个性化饮食宣教中的应用效果

目的 探讨微信平台在慢性肾脏病患者个性化饮食宣教中的应用效果.方法 应用微信平台为住院期患者介绍慢性肾脏疾病饮食禁忌、优质蛋白食物、优质低蛋白饮食、低盐饮食等相关知识,同时根据患者实验检查结果为患者制定个性化的饮食方案,应用微信平台为患者提供动态饮食宣教指导.收集干预前后患者对肾病饮食知识的掌握情况以及个性化饮食方案的依从性.结果 干预前后患者对肾病饮食知晓情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者对个性化饮食方案依从性较好.结论 微信宣教平台对提高患者执行慢性肾脏病饮食具有积极的作用.

Effect study of individualized diet propaganda and education carried out to chronic kidney disease patients based on WeChat platform

Objective To expolre the effect of individualized diet propaganda and education carried out to chronic kidney disease patients based on WeChat platform.Methods WeChat platform was applied to introduce the related knowledge of food prohibition, high-quality protein food, high-quality low protein diet and low-salt diet to in-patients.Meanwhile, according to the experimental examination result of patients, individualized diet solutions were formulated for the patients.WeChat platform was applied to provide dynamic diet propaganda and education guidance for the patients.In addition, the mastery of kidney disease knowledge and compliance of individualized diet solutions of patients before and after intervention was collected.Results With regard to the understanding of patients to kidney disease diet before and after intervention, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).The compliance of patients with individualized diet solutions was good.Conclusions WeChat propaganda and education platform plays a positive role in improving patients to implement chronic kidney disease diet.
