静脉药物配制管路及静脉药物配制泵在临床中的应用

摘    要:目的 观察静脉药物配制管路及静脉药物配制泵在临床静脉药物配制中的应用效果,探讨更为规范、高效、安全的静脉药物配制方法.方法 选取2014年5月~2015年5月肝胆外科静脉输注相同药物及相同组数液体的患者400例为研究对象,每例患者配液组数6组.采用随机数字表分为实验组和对照组,各200例.对照组使用传统的静脉药物配制方法,实验组使用静脉药物配制管路及静脉药物配制泵进行药物配制.比较两组完成相同药物配制时间、医务人员满意度、不良事件发生率.结果 实验组完成配药时间为(7.32±1.70)h,对照组为(18.67±3.29)h,差异有统计学意义 (t=63.06,P<0.01);实验组医务人员满意度评分为(99.17±1.37)分,对照组为(91.2±4.35)分,差异有统计学意义 (t=34.61,P<0.01);实验组不良事件发生0例:输液反应0例、药液外洒0例、针刺伤0例,对照组不良事件发生21例:输液反应1例、药液外洒19例、针刺伤1例,差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05).结论 静脉药物配制管路及静脉药物配制泵提高了静脉药物配制速度,降低了配药过程中不良事件的发生率,提高了医务人员满意度,值得在临床中推广使用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effects of pharmacy intravenous admixture pipe line and pump in clinical,and to find more normative,effective,and safe methods of pharmacy intravenous admixture.Methods Based on 400 cases,during May,2014 to May,2015,every patients accepted the same six groups of drug.All the patients were divided into experimental group and control group at random according to random number table.A total of 200 cases in each group.We admixed drug by traditional method in the control group,and new way in the experiment group.The time of pharmacy intravenous admixture,medical workers job satisfaction scores,and adverse event rates of the two groups were compared.Results The mean pharmacy intravenous admixture time were(7.32±1.70)hours,and the control group were (18.67±3.29) hours,and the difference was statistically significant(t=63.06,P<0.01).Medical workers job satisfaction scores were (99.17±1.37) points and (91.21±4.35) points respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (t=63.06,P<0.01).0 adverse events happened in experiment group,they all happened because drug spilled out.Neither fluid infusion reaction nor needle stick injury happened in this group.Zero patients drug spilled out in experiment group.Adverse events happened in control group were 21 cases,including fluid infusion reaction in 1 cases ,drug spill out in 19 cases and needle stick injury in 1 cases,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The application of pharmacy intravenous admixture pipe line and pump in clinical can save time,reduce adverse event incident rates ,and improve medical workers job satisfaction scores,it is worthy of popularization and application.
